How Artifex collects, uses, and protects your information.
Effective April 2026
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and church or business name. When you use the Free Scan tool, we collect the website URL you submit. If Google Analytics is installed, we collect standard analytics data — page views, device type, and referral source. That's it.
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver project consultations, and run the free visibility scan. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not store payment information.
Contact form submissions are processed through Web3Forms. Site analytics may be collected through Google Analytics. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Artifex does not control their data handling practices.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage the client relationship. Scan results are not stored permanently.
You can request that your data be deleted at any time by emailing contact@artifex-web.com.
