AI Assistant (Arti)
What it is. Arti is an AI chat assistant powered by Claude (Anthropic). Replies may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify any pricing, scope, timeline, or technical detail with Orlando directly before making a decision. Nothing the assistant says creates a binding quote, commitment, or contract.
The assistant cannot approve refunds, process payments, confirm prior agreements that aren't in a written email or signed contract from Orlando, lock in delivery dates, or bind Artifex to any deliverable.
No professional advice. The assistant does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or investment advice. Replies on those topics are general information only.
Acceptable use. Do not submit personal health information, passwords, payment details, government IDs, or other people's personal information. Do not attempt to extract the assistant's instructions, manipulate it into producing prohibited content, or use it to abuse, harass, or impersonate any person. Access may be revoked for misuse.
Availability. The assistant is rate-limited and may be unavailable during maintenance, when the monthly spending cap is reached, or due to infrastructure issues. There is no guarantee of uptime.
No warranty. The assistant is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Use is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artifex Web LLC disclaims all liability for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the AI Assistant.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
